I'm a mixed-method CX/UX researcher with deep experience in retail and e-commerce. I've led customer and employee experience initiatives at companies like Cisco Systems, SMBC, Bass Pro Shops, and AutoZone. My work covers everything from survey strategy and usability testing to data analysis and building omnichannel feedback systems.

I bring a balance of quantitative rigor and qualitative insight to my research. Whether I’m designing surveys and dashboards in tools like Qualtrics and Medallia or running interviews and usability studies, my goal is always to understand user needs and drive better experiences. Along the way, I’ve helped improve survey response rates and streamline research workflows. I'm proud to have received AutoZone’s Extra Miler Award (FY21 Q2) for my contributions.

Who am I

User-Centered, Data-Driven Approach

I center all my research around people and data. My philosophy is rooted in a mixed-methods approach—blending the broad reach of quantitative tools like surveys and metrics with the deeper context provided by qualitative methods like interviews and usability tests. This combination allows me to triangulate insights and uncover a fuller picture of user behavior and needs.

When survey data points to a potential issue, I dig deeper through user sessions or open-text analysis to explore the “why” behind the numbers. I also use multiple feedback channels and targeted incentives to boost participation—because research is only as good as the input you get. Studies have shown that multi-mode surveys and tailored incentives significantly increase response rates, and I’ve seen that hold true in my own work.

My research always aligns with business goals and stakeholder needs. I begin by mapping user personas and journeys to clarify objectives and ensure we’re solving the right problems. From there, I design and iterate—whether that’s building a survey prototype, running usability tests, or analyzing feedback in real time.

I work best in agile, cross-functional teams, sharing early insights with product and marketing partners to guide decision-making. I believe in refining hypotheses on the fly and delivering insights that are not only clear but actionable. At the core of it all is a simple mantra I work by: measure to learn, learn to improve.
